WSD delivered the electrical, control, monitoring and trace heating scope across the pump room and the wider building suppression infrastructure for this warehouse and distribution project. The work covered an external diesel-pump pump room with full electrical services, complete pump room and water-tank monitoring, internal valve set monitoring across multiple building zones, and an external trace heating system finished in aluminium cladding.
External pump room
Two diesel pumps with all control wiring, plus heating, lighting and power within the pump room. Air extract controls operate when the pumps are running. Water tank immersion heating and power included.

Full monitoring works within the pump room and all associated water tank monitoring.
Internal valve set arrangement
Building zone monitoring via Category A and B signals from a valve set arrangement supplying multiple zones within the building.
Networked monitoring panels
Two networked monitoring panels: one in the pump room, one in the main reception area.
External trace heating and lagging
Trace heating system installed on external pipe work, finished in aluminium cladding.
